Shipping is free on orders over $119 within the United States.
Orders that are placed before 1pm on a weekday are typically shipped within 2 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive both an email and text message with the tracking information for your order. You can track your order by viewing your order history in your account or you can track your order here.
We do not ship internationally, and we do not currently ship unfolded posters - read more here.
We ship all albums and K-pop-related items in corrugated boxes with protective bubblewrap + paper packing materials - we take the safety of your package seriously! It may seem a bit much for certain smaller items, but it's the best way to ensure your order is delivered safe and sound. In a small number of cases, we use bubbly poly mailers for smaller non-K-pop items such as stationery products.
All of the shipping materials we use are recycable. If you are not planning on a return for your order, we ask that you recycle or re-use the shipping materials for your own use - we appreciate it!
PO BOXES
Please note that UPS does not generally deliver to PO Boxes, and if your shipping address is a PO Box, we strongly recommend selecting USPS as the shipping carrier.
ORDER TRACKING AND HISTORY
To be able to track and view your online order history, you will need to sign-in to your account before or during checkout (instead of checking out as guest). Loyalty points are also earned only if you are signed in when checking out.
